Founder and director of Labgrown.Diamonds, Alan has been in the jewellery business for over 40 years. He is an expert in all aspects of diamond production, grading and certification and has a keen eye for quality and design. He sources all our lab grown diamonds from only the most reputable suppliers and ensures they meet the highest standards of ethical and environmental responsibility. Alan also oversees much of the creation of our stunning lab grown diamond jewellery collections, working with talented craftsmen and women to product exquisite pieces that showcase the true beauty and brilliance of lab grown diamonds.
Leading the team, Sarah has plenty of experience in the jewellery industry, having worked with some of the world’s most prestigious brands and designers for over 10 years. She oversees the day-to-day operations of our customer service department, ensuring that every order is processed efficiently. She also handles any queries or issues our customers may have, delivering a personalised and friendly service to each one of them.
Our online guru, with over 20 years in the industry, Stacey manages our website and social media platforms. She prides herself on staying on top of any trends and new innovations in the jewellery world so she can share them with our customers and followers. She also helps customers with any online enquiries and assists them in finding their dream piece of jewellery based upon their needs and preferences.
Zoe, our qualified in-house gemmologist, handpicks the diamonds used for every order, choosing only the finest lab grown gemstones based upon your specifications. She ensures that every diamond is certified by the International Gemmological Institute (IGI) or the Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), and confirms it meets our strict criteria of ethical and environmental responsibility.
Our on-site Master Goldsmith, Phil Horton, sets each diamond purchased at Labgrown.Diamonds. We are incredibly lucky to have Phil's skillset and craftsmanship onsite, as well as the on-going guidance from him as a team leader in our workshop.
Carol is a talented and creative goldsmith, and remains our longest serving goldsmith after starting her career with us over 15 years ago. Her passion for jewellery and flair for innovation makes her a master in jewellery creation. She is skilled in hand-crafting jewellery, polishing, soldering and mounting.
